Most of the stylistic method books presented here are recommended for intermediate to advance students.

A beginning student should work through The Hal Leonard Guitar Method 1, 2 & 3 and learn the basics before attempting the material in these books. They can be used after book 2, but it is recommended to finish the 3 book series.
